DEAN Ultimate Bikes warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship for the following time periods from the date of original purchase: Please read below the conditions of warranty. Specials frames and items are non warrantable products.

  • Warranty is non-transferable

  • Valid only to Original Purchaser holding valid proof of purchase

  • Legacy Products (models no longer in production), such as but not limited to, carbon, aluminum, steel, “soft-tail” and full suspension model built by DEAN will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis

What Warranty Does not Cover

  • Improper shipping and/or transportation

  • Improper storage

  • Improper use outside recommended riding guidelines

  • Installation of components, parts or accessories not originally intended for use or compatible with DEAN products

  •  Product modifications

  • Repair by an unauthorized person (ie, not by DEAN)

  • Normal wear and tear

  • DEAN products purchased from unauthorized dealers, including but not limited to third-party interest sites (e.g. Amazon, eBay, etc.)

  •  External causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control

Titanium Bikes’ Useful Life  –  Lets be Honest

Every bike has what we would call a “useful” life — even DEANs.  For example, a frame built in 1995is still being ridden after 25 years.  That is a really long time.  Unfortunately, nothing lasts forever. Throughout their lives, bike frames should be periodically checked for indications of potential failures. This includes cracks, corrosion, dents, deformation, and any other indications of potential problems. 

So, in this context, an older frame like the one mentioned above, has seen its fair share of adventures and would now be carefully assessed for eligibility under our lifetime warranty. While we are dedicated to upholding our lifetime warranty commitment to our customers, it's important to note that certain frames may not qualify if their lifespan is deemed to have exceeded its typical duration.
